Located in the old Bonnie Springs location and at the base of the Spring Mountains is The Ranch at Red Rock. This is a community of nearly 64 acres of private land and will include 20 legacy ranch estates, as well as a eco-ranch village with a luxury resort, an event barn for special events and a farm-to-table epicurean restaurant where a majority of the food will be sourced locally or grown on-premises. Breaking ground just over a year ago, the private, membership-only community of a mere 20 homeowners is one of the most exclusive eco-resort communities in the area.
This is developed with sustainability and environmentally conscious planning in mind. This includes partnering with naturalists, botanists, world-renowned landscape architects and the Bureau of Land Management; encouraging butterfly migratory patterns; protecting pathways for native animal species; and promoting the growth of sustainable vegetation, among a slew of other habitat conservation initiatives. Also of note, the canyon’s natural springs will sustain pools and creeks planned for the development’s public and private spaces.
