When it comes to buying a house you really need someone in your corner. Susan was my coach, ringside, through the entire process of buying my first home in Vegas. But that’s not where we started. I needed a rental house secured before a military move would have me present in Nevada and Susan aided me by taking care of the physically necessary steps. I was only able to have a home secured because of her. For that, I am exceptionally grateful.
Susan then helped me to find a home that met my very picky requirements. It took some time because of my strict criteria but, behold, a house emerged and at a great price. Susan took care of everything and I just showed up and signed/ paid as necessary. She even got me an approved list of home colors and some new front door paint as a home-warming gift. She truly is a bubbly, caring, sweetheart of a real estate agent. If I had any need for additional real estate concerns, I would choose Susan again and again.
